Working towards a cause I believe in really matters to me, and each stage of my career has been dedicated to achieving growth for organisations fighting on behalf of professions or causes that give back to the world. After years of working within the NFP sector, I am now using the experience I have gained along the way to help others on a similar journey.

My approach puts people and culture at the heart of the process so that you can take your organisation where it needs to be without losing the engagement of your team along the way.

Every organisation is different, and so the first step will be to meet with you to learn about your situation and what you want to achieve before we plan the steps needed to best deliver this. I am flexible, a clear communicator, and happy to work at the pace and style that works best for you and your team.
